And in this respect Videocon has become the first company to launch a 3D capable high definition digital video recorder in India.
In the launch was present Abhishek Bachan, who has been associated with Videocon group from a long time. On being asked by journalists what he liked about this product he replied, ”The revolutionary HD DVR with 3D brings the magic of 3D right into our living rooms. I am immensely proud to be a part of this dynamic and tech-savvy enterprise. It’s time to be future ready.”

Abhishek Bachan was at his wit's best while talking to the media persons at the Videocon d2h launched India’s first high definition digital video recorder with 3D. Abhishek used his witty and spontaneous one liners to have the press comfortable and with his amiable nature made the press conference a lively and successful event.
About this new product the director of Videocon Group said, ”We will constantly strive to give customer more than they expect. Our high Definition Digital Video Recorder with 3D acts as a bridge between the 3D Television and the 3D Channel feed. This product will be taking the viewing experience to a new level.” Anil Khera, CEO of Videocon d2h, added, “We are sure that our DTH service will set a new precedent in the DTH market.”
Videocon has their own active channel for 3D content and provide some excellent features to its customers like pause, rewind and forward live TV and recording up to 200 hours along with auto serial recording. Videocon d2h also has the most number of channels in the market at a count of 288 which includes very latest channels. They also have a army of regional channels for their broad base of region specific customers and many sports channels in their list to satisfy their ever growing demand base.
