Zombie, Inc. review- time management game

Storming the streets when the sun goes down, with a motive of fulfilling the basic need of survival, the need to eat... With pale, white skin and blank eyes, these half dead creatures roam around in the search of human flesh... feeding to their very sustenance, bringing about the apocalypse of the world.

Basically, Zombies Inc. is a time management strategy game, about the walking dead coming into business, very frightening thought of two deadly combinations. This game has been introduced by Athos Games.

Athos Games, formerly known as Psyflash Productions, have developed some really cool games like Coin Hunter, Orb Hunter, Telegrave, Visible, Revert to Growth, Thief's Escape.

The basic requirement for the game Zombies, Inc. is to maintain the sustenance of an undead dominated world and along with it to satisfy the needs of running a multinational company.
The goal is to earn good dough of money so as to make it easy to build a legion of the walking dead to conquer the world.

The gamer, here, is the CEO of a multinational incorporation. The mission is to gather enough money to develop an army of the undead, the zombies. To conquer the world is the primary goal of the gamer. The jest to the story is that, the CEO of Zombies, Inc. has to conquer thirteen territories along with unlocking zombies and also upgrading the present zombies. All this is done by selling items to the zombie population and upgrading the status of Zombie Incorporation and governing the world. There are thirty achievements in total to unlock, distributed across three major challenges.

The game is completely mouse controlled. Zombies Inc. has been spread across over four departments.

The first department focuses on "Zombies". This department concentrates on growing and developing the legions of the walking dead. It also deals with the upgradation of the zombies.

The second is the "Attack" screen. Here, the gamer coordinates the various attacks. From the Northern Arctic Circle to the inhabited Circle of Antarctic in the South, the attacks can be designated wherever the user wants it to be. The number territories conquered is directly proportional to the concentration of the zombie population across the world, which is also the primary goal of the game.

Then there is the "Sales" department. Considering that the zombie population serves as main market for the sales of Zombie Inc., the need for empowering more and more territories increases. The sales department basically deals researching and releasing new and quality products for the zombie population.

The last department handles the "Company Upgrades" screen. The gamer here, buys and acquires bonuses to support the whole Zombies Inc.

Each of these departments gives opportunities to unlock and upgrade different zombies at different stages, and also upgrading different products to sell, but by paying an amount to all this.

This combo of deadly business gives the gamer a good bite on the zombie based time strategic games. The interface is addictive as well as humorous.

But there is also a criticism along, the part of earning and fighting seems unnecessarily confusing. The event pop-ups are also very irritating.

Even though having a few cons in sum of its parts, Zombies, Inc. is a pursuing game that's fun to play.
